Meet Doug
A native Oregonian, Doug began his full-time real estate career in 2006 but was initially licensed in Colorado in 1998. Before real estate, he worked in the banking business (Omaha and Charlotte), with a real estate developer (Vail, CO) and ran a printing company (Vail, CO) at different stages of his career.
Doug is based out of John L. Scott’s Sunset Corridor office and enjoys building a trusting relationship with his buyer and seller clients. Specializing in single-family homes, townhomes and condos, Doug often helps clients in Beaverton, Bethany, Cedar Mill, NW and SW Portland, Tualatin, Tigard and has done business in most areas throughout the Portland Metro Area.
In every transaction, Doug acts as his client’s consultant, their trusted leader and their experienced expert. He is focused on ensuring they make the best decision tailored to their situation, and the trust he builds with clients sets him apart in the industry.
When he's not working, Doug spends time with his family and you'll often see him on sports fields. Doug is a proud father of two boys, Dillon, a student at Washington State and Luke, a student-athlete at Tualatin High School.
